Restoring a purchase

If you've subscribed to PyxPro and don't see it active on a new device (or after reinstalling), open Settings → Pyx Pro → Restore Purchases in the app. Restores require the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Managing your subscription

All subscriptions are managed by Apple. To view, pause, or cancel:

  • Open Settings → Pyx Pro → Manage Subscription in the app, or
  • Open the App Store on your iPhone, tap your profile, then Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Resetting your data

Your practice history, streaks, and settings live on your device. Open Settings → Reset Stats to wipe practice history. Deleting the app removes everything Pyx has stored locally.

Notifications and reminders

Daily reminders are scheduled locally by your iPhone — we don't send pushes from a server. If they've stopped firing, check iOS Settings → Notifications → Pyx and confirm notifications are allowed.

Troubleshooting

  • App won't open or crashes on launch. Force-quit (Pyx swipe-up), then reopen. If it persists, restart the device. As a last resort, delete and reinstall — note this also clears local stats.
  • Paywall won't load. Check your network, then try Restore Purchases. If you're on a VPN that blocks the App Store, disable it briefly.
  • Widget isn't updating.Open the app once a day so it can refresh the widget's shared snapshot. Long-press the widget → Edit Widget to confirm it's configured.

Privacy and data

Pyxdoesn't run an analytics backend, advertising network, or tracking system. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture and the Terms of Service for the legal version.
